Cognitive & Integrative Therapy
I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, overthinking, difficult relationship situations, burnout, addictions, perfectionism, eating-related difficulties, or major life changes.

You do not need to know exactly what the problem is or what kind of therapy you need. Sometimes the issue is clear: panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, difficulties around eating, or a relationship crisis. At other times, life may look as though it is functioning well from the outside, but something keeps taking up too much space in your mind or affects the way you live and act.

More generally, if something is troubling you and you feel stuck with it, it may be worth asking whether therapy could help.

How I work

My background is in cognitive therapy and hypnotherapy, Mind-Body Bridging, and schema therapy. I also draw on other evidence-based psychological approaches.
We start with the situation or feeling you bring to the session. And above all, we ask: what would you like to be different?

The length of therapy depends on you, your situation and what you want from the work. A few sessions may be enough for a specific problem, and sometimes a single-session approach may be appropriate. If the difficulties are more complex or have been present for a long time, the work may continue for longer.

We make a plan together for how to proceed and review our progress regularly.
Practical Information
My practice is in Lauttasaari, Helsinki, and I also work online. Sessions are available in both English and Finnish.
